The Series 5 CS3/4 systems are the ultimate in passive video web inspection with high resolution, user friendly control and many unique features. These systems assist the operator to achieve a higher standard of quality at higher speed press runs than any other passive video system, with minimum waste and faster make-ready times. The high resolution firewire camera, complemented with 10:1 motorised zoom lens and optically corrected dioptre, provides class leading picture quality. The dedicated software is developed in house for high performance and ease of use.

Features:

• Make Ready Mate allows the operator to greatly reduce the time taken at make-ready, significantly reducing waste

• Label Check means each label can be automatically inspected across and down the entire web

• Constant Scan inspects all images within the repeat length. This can also refer to packages when the CS3/4 is being used for flexible packaging applications and during business form printing.

• Both systems can download full digital images on-line for archiving and later analysis.

• The Series 5 CS4 can also be upgraded to include a print defect detection and management information system.
